New kid on the block, Colossal in Wharton is a colorful Mexican restaurant that’s worth checking out. We loved their birria tacos, coconut lemonade, mango soda and, of course, their queso. Generous portions and great service.
Bubble in Paradise
We are always scanning menus for pork belly, and the offerings at Bubble in Paradise in Denville don’t disappoint. We love the light and tender pork belly bao buns, but they also have pork belly rice bowls and ramen. Don’t miss it!
Top Of The Park
Top of the Park in Boonton is under new ownership, and you’re in for a real treat. We visited recently and we loved their pasta dish with cod, mussels and broccoli rabe. It was light yet filling all at the same time and a must-try. Also don’t miss their “Joe’s Fried Calamari!”
