MAXIMO’S cafe
New coffee shop Maximo’s in Rockaway not only has delicious drinks, they also have a slate of tasty bites including this avocado toast. Made on thick multigrain bread topped with tomatoes, mozzarella, sliced eggs and balsamic, it’s delish!
The Gyro king
The Gyro King opened a few months ago in Rockaway Boro, and we stopped in to check it out recently. They have a slightly unique take on gyros, where you can get it topped with a mixed chopped salad, and we LOVED that switch. Bonus points for halal meat!
A TACO AFFAIR
A Taco Affair, with a location in Denville and a mobile food truck, was recently on hand for a music event for those that wanted to grab a bite. Our first time having their nachos, and let’s just say, they’re a new favorite for sure.
